Service Schedule

Time Management
(Related to lawn mowing service)

Although we strive to stay on schedule, Mother Nature, holidays and other unforeseen situations dictate otherwise.  Time management is very important to safely perform a quality service in a timely manner.  Our scheduling methods may seem a bit odd but, we do believe we have a method to our madness.  Our goal is too stay ahead of schedule or at least on schedule week to week.  To be more proactive, we will be mowing more often, rather than less often when the grass is rapidly growing.  Customers that prepay or have monthly budget billing are not subject to added fee(s) if the grass is considered overgrown and/or the grass clippings need to be bagged at the time of service.

Of course in drought conditions, we may make a judgement call to skip that week if the grass does not need mowed.  There may be cases if we do show up, we may not mow your entire yard (front or back) but, there are those areas that still grow if it rains or not, especially crabgrass and weeded areas.  Plus, there is always string trimming (weed whacking) to be done around the house, shed, driveway, sidewalk, fence and/or other obstacles on your property.

We reserve the right to charge up to full price at our discretion if we perform partial service(s) at the time of visit.  To justify our time at your property, we may take care of some of those other yard chores to help keep your property neat and tidy.  Pull weeds, pickup sticks, trim back overgrown vegetation and such.

Weekly (Every 6 to 9 days)
Typically weekly service is on a selected day, scheduled every week.  With our service your grass be mowed between 6 to 9 days on a routine basis.  At our discretion (above) we could cut your grass starting the 6th day after your last visit and hopefully no later than 9 days (weather permitting).  On average with this schedule, expect to have your grass cut 3 to 4 times a month, April thru October (7 months).  Ideal for those who want a manicured yard each and every week.

Monthly (Every 28 to 32 Days)
Typically monthly service is scheduled every 30 days.  With our service your grass will be mowed between 28 to 32 days on a routine basis.  At our discretion (above) we could cut your grass starting the 28th day after your last visit and hopefully no later than 32 days (weather permitting).  On average with this schedule, expect to have your grass cut 1 time per month, April thru October (7 months).  Ideal for those who want to knock down overgrowth in fields and along roadsides, pathways, ditches and hills.

We hope you support our "Method of Madness" as we continue to grow our business and give you the best service possible.  For those who do not support our efforts, we understand.  Although we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, we of course can not please everyone with the perfect schedule.
