* Mowing rates are estimated based on what we charge other customers with similar property sizes and schedule. Your actual rate is calculated based on but not limited to the property location, yard size, terrain level and the schedule you request. Inital yard cleanup if required and/or the lawn is considered overgrown (over 6 inches), added charge will apply. Due to our prepaid policy your account balance must stay in the positive to avoid interruption of service and/or late fees. For weekly mowing, please budget for 4 cuts per month.
