Core Aerating - Lawns up to a Half Acre

Core Aeration relieves soil compaction and improves a healthier turfgrass by removing small 1/2 inch diameter by 2-3 inch long cores of soil from your lawn. Save yourself the time, money and hassle of renting one of those heavy machines and trying to do it yourself. We typically charge less than most other contractors that offer this service. Our machine is half the size and can handle most small(er) yards with tight spaces up to a half acre. For best results, we will schedule your aeration a day after 1 inch or more of rain or irrigation.

* Rates are estimated based on what we charge other customers with similar property sizes. Your actual rate is calculated based on but not limited too the property location, yard size and terrain level.

** Rates are estimated based on 1.5 times aeration rate. For cool weather grass types, we typically use Kentucky-31 Tall Fesue Grass Seed that is very drought tolerant, spread at 3lbs per 1,000 sq ft unless otherwise specified or you supply the seed for us to spread at 0.5 times aeration rate.
