Simply pick one or more services and spread out your payments (Up to 12 months depending on when you signup or renew with us). Plus you receive up to 20% discount on added services.  *  Open enrollment for Monthly Budget Billing (Up to 12 equal payment) runs from October through December.  Your actual rate is calculated based on but not limited to when you enroll, property location, yard size, terrain level, along with the service(s) and the schedule you request.  If you sign up outside the enrollment period (January through September), your monthly payment will be adjusted accordingly.  Please note due to our prepaid policy your account balance must stay in the positive to avoid interruption of service.  Initial yard cleanup if required or requested will be subject to a one-time initial charge or added to your first month's payment.

The "Summer Prepaid" Deal
Mow & Trim Service

Sit back and relax this summer.  Enjoy your weekends with family, friends and neighbors, knowing your lawn will be mowed and paid for all summer long.  You can either request weekly service (Every 6 to 10 days) or bi-weekly service (Every 10 to 14 days).  If you choose the weekly service, you pay for 22 cuts and get your last 2 cuts for free (based on average 24 cuts per season).  If you choose the bi-weekly service, you pay for 17 cuts and get your last cut for free (based on average 18 cuts per season).  Any unused money in your account will be refunded to you or rolled over to next year at your request.  This deal must be paid for in full before your first mowing in April.  We will mow your lawn from the beginning of April to the end of October.  Request this deal on the Free Estimate Request Form. 

The "Curb Appeal" Service Plan

Selling or renting your house?  "Curb Appeal" is very important to potential buyers or renters.  We will keep your property looking nice until your house is sold or rented.  We will do more than just mow the lawn, we will keep those bushes trimmed up and control those unwanted weeds in your landscape beds and gardens.  Add some mulch for that added first impression.  We even do leaf cleanups in the fall and pickup those branches, sticks and other debris that collect on your property over the winter months.  Each visit we will police your property if the house is vacant and notify you of any concerns or situations that need your attention.  Let us know of up coming open houses or walkthroughs and we do our best to tighty up a day or two before if possible.  We understand for some, your budget is limited, if so we will do just enough to keep those areas from getting out of control.  Request this plan on the Free Estimate Request Form.
